2023 L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science UK & Ireland Rising Talent Programme

The 2023 L’OREAL-UNESCO For Women in Science UK and Ireland Rising Talent Programme will see flexible research grants awarded to 5 exceptional women postdoctoral scientists in the fields of Engineering, Life Sciences, Mathematics and Computer Science, Physical Sciences and Sustainable Development. Since 2007, we have awarded 73 grants with the aim of celebrating, enhancing and enabling women’s contributions to scientific research.
Candidates must have completed their PhD and have no more than 10 years postdoctoral
experience. Applicants must have a confirmed contract with a university or research institute in the UK/Ireland for the 12-month period of the grant agreement but not hold a permanent academic position.
