Theme- Musculoskeletal Anatomy
The 2026 Anatomical Society Summer Meeting will be hosted by Bristol Anatomy at the University of Bristol, 15th -17th July 2026. The conference aims to bring together researchers, educators and clinicians to explore the full breadth of musculoskeletal anatomy. The programme will showcase work spanning basic and clinical anatomy, biomechanics, comparative and veterinary anatomy, palaeoanthropology, evolutionary morphology and related fields. By highlighting musculoskeletal research from molecular mechanisms to whole‑body function, and from living systems to fossil evidence, the meeting aims to encourage cross‑disciplinary dialogue and new collaborations!

This is awarded for the best poster presented by an attendee, normally of relatively junior status, at the Spring/Summer Meeting (unless this meeting is held jointly with another society). The work presented shall have been carried out while the first author was an undergraduate or postgraduate student and presented within 1 year of the award of the Doctorate. Member of the Society or non-member.

The aim of the Anatomical Society's Scientific Meetings is to promote science and research in the anatomical sciences.

Cancellation Policy
If we cancel the meeting, registration will be refunded in full. If you cancel up to 1 month before the meeting, you will be refunded your registration fee, minus 10%. If you cancel within a month of the meeting we are unable to refund your registration. We will not be able to refund the cost of any other expenses relating to meeting attendance, refund is only for registration.
