This is awarded biennially and is made on the basis of published work which should include at least one paper in the Journal of Anatomy or Aging Cell. The award itself consists of a bursary of £5,000 to be used in aid of the recipient's research and teaching or other career development activities. Heads of Anatomical Sciences departments or units may nominate one applicant from their faculty.
